Two “Biomedical Technicians” vacancies
St John Eye Hospital Group is the leading provider of eye care in East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The main Hospital is located in Jerusalem and has centers in Hebron, Anabta and in Gaza. In addition to our extensive range of specialist services we also provide support within the community through our Outreach Teams which travel throughout the West Bank.
We seek to recruit two experienced “Biomedical Technician”; one on full-time basis (40hours/week) based in the Jerusalem Hospital and one on part-time basis (8hours/week) based in the Gaza Hospital.
To apply you should have the following:
- Electronics / Electrical Diploma.
- Computer skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Medical Technician field.
- Capable of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Flexible working hours.
- Ability to communicate fully with staff and patients at all levels.
- Ability to communicate (read, write and speak) fluently in English. (All hospital documents are in English).
- Methodical and Organized.
- Preferable to have experience with Ophthalmic Equipment.
- Preferable to have evidence of continuing professional development.
