IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for an experienced professional to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following position:
Director of Finance and Operations
The Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for overall control and oversight of all financial and operational aspects of the USAID-funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project in the West Bank and Gaza. The Director of Finance and Operations has responsibility for the creation and maintenance of the project systems and reporting mechanisms related to accounting, financial budgeting and reporting, human resources, procurement, grants, compliance and management of the office in compliance with IntraHealth and USG laws and regulations.
Applicants should have at a minimum, a bachelor in Accounting and a master degree in a related field; with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience working in finance and operations management preferably with USAID projects and international organizations and donors in the Palestinian Territories; extensive knowledge of USAID contractual
stipulations and regulations and Palestinian Authority laws and regulations; with excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
