Admin Assistant
 
Location: Reach contact center premises-Ramallah
Type of contract: Limited Contract

Desirable Qualifications:

-Bachelor Degree in the field of Management/ Business administration
-High computer skills and reports writing
-Multitasking and flexibility
-Excellent English language skills: Writing, Reading, and Speaking
-High organization skills

Responsibilities:
-Following all the office work of printing , organizing files and emails for the GM
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
-Receive and send emails
-Order office supplies
-Welcoming visitors
-Any other tasks that may relate to the position
